My fiance and I were having a text discussion before I went to work today. She asks me
'You excited for work?'
My reply being
'Not really'
Her response
'Are you ever?'
My answer
'Nope'
Response
'Why do you find a job you love?'
Reply
'I like the people I work with it's the clientele that's difficult'
Response
'It's not the Canadians fault it's there laws'
Since when has the law ever stopped a person or group from saying to themselves 'I/We think that I/We shouldn't be an asshole in this situation'
The answer is never! It's a choice that simply leads into a condition known as behavior. Think of it the same way you teach a child. Do you positively enforce bad behavior? But in industry corporate business do just that. All because of a simple phrase coined by a drunk back from the dark ages 'The customers always right'.
I would like to build a time machine find out who coined that phrase and bring him to our time to have a look at what this phrase has done to society and hope that he gets such a shock and be so appalled that he blows his brains out so I won't have to
